Policies

• Reservation Policy:
  • A deposit of one half (1/2) the total amount due is required to secure reservation.
  • Deposit must be received within two (2) weeks from the date of reservation.
  • Deposits and final balances must be paid on arrival.
  • No foreign currency. Cash, Bank Check or Money Order in US Funds only, please.
  • We do not accept credit cards.
• Check in / Check Out Policy
  • All reservations begin and end on Saturday.
  • Check-in time is no earlier than 1:00 p.m.
  • Check-out time is no later than 9:00 a.m.
  • Please notify us if you are arriving after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.
  • It is expected that the homes and cottages will be left in the same neat and clean condition as they were found.
• General Policies
  • Please no pets - exceptions
  • Please no smoking inside the rental property.
  • No overnight guest.
• Cancellation Policy
  • Reservations are considered as binding commitments for the reservation specified on the reservation form. Deposits are security against vacancies caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be fully refunded provided the cancellation is re-rented without cost incurred by Lantern Lane.
