Reservation Policy:

A deposit of one half (1/2) the total amount due is required to secure
reservation.

Deposit must be received within two (2) weeks from the date of reservation.

Deposits and final balances must be paid on arrival.

No foreign currency. Cash, Bank Check or Money Order in US Funds only, please.

We do not accept credit cards.

Check in / Check Out Policy

All reservations begin and end on Saturday.

Check-in time is no earlier than 1:00 p.m.

Check-out time is no later than 9:00 a.m.

Please notify us if you are arriving after 6:00 p.m. on Saturday.

It is expected that the homes and cottages will be left in the same neat and
clean condition as they were found.

Please no smoking inside the rental property.

No overnight guest.

Cancellation Policy
-
Reservations are considered as binding commitments for the reservation
specified on the reservation form. Deposits are security against vacancies
caused by cancellations or date changes. In the event of a cancellation,
deposits will be fully refunded provided the cancellation is re-rented without
cost incurred by Lantern Lane.
